We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site. It doesn't use cookies or local storage and doesn't follow you across other sites. It counts page views and records basic details such as the page, the site that referred you, and your browser, device type, and country. Our security provider, Cloudflare, may set cookies needed to protect the site. We don't use advertising cookies.
How We Share Information
We share personal information only:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics, and email delivery) and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
- As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
Client Websites
When we build, host, or maintain a website for a client, we handle the personal information on that site, such as orders and form submissions, only on the client's instructions and to provide our services. The client's privacy policy governs that information, so please contact them with questions about it.
Data Retention
We keep enquiries that don't become projects for up to two years, and client records for as long as we work together and afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@lakefrontdigital.io and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children's Privacy
Our site and services are for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
